Eating less is also an essential factor to lose weight for long term. If you regularly eat less as compare to your peak days, you will automatically see a good difference in your bulging belly. You must have also felt light and relaxed when you eat a little less as compare to the situation in which you eat extensively. Therefore, it is recommended, especially for big belly people, to eat less regularly. Many people again start eating wildly once they see a good difference in their belly.
