You should be aware that by working only on your abs and belly will still cause you to have problem zones everywhere else. To achieve maximum results, you should work on the whole of your body which includes working out your heart by jogging, running, swimming or cycling at least once a week too.
Once you have your routine finalized and practiced, you can begin to increase your weights and push your body a little further. Remember though that muscle soreness is not a sign of a good workout. It is a sign that you could be damaging yourself and may cause an injury. Don’t push yourself too far and listen to your body. If it is telling you to say no then you should listen!
